At Fiido, we are committed to your cycling satisfaction and provide a 30-day window for returns on all electric bikes and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we make the exchange process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and pack it securely in the original factory box including all chargers, keys, and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship to Fiido

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for transit to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 7 business days.
